About Us
Welcome to the Camberwell neighbourhood renewal website.
The Camberwell neighbourhood renewal team is working to support local communities. We work with local voluntary groups and individuals, with the aim of helping local people to:
- get better access to services (for example, health, training and employment, the Credit Union)
- get involved in making Camberwell a better place to live and work in.
The priorities for neighbourhood renewal are:
- cleaner and greener neighbourhoods
- raising standards in schools
- cutting crime and fear of crime
- improving health
- overcoming barriers to employment.
Through this website we aim to let you know about what neighbourhood renewal is doing in Camberwell, and hopefully give you plenty of ideas and information on how to join in and help make Camberwell a better place.
