Would you like to become more physically active but don't want to do it on your own?
Then why not join our free weekly walks around Ruskin Park and improve your health and wellbeing whilst having fun.
Meet at the Hambleden Clinic, Blanchedowne, SE5 8HL.

Southwark Walks are led by our experienced Volunteer Walk Leaders who provide people with an opportunity to take part in a healthy activity in a fun setting. Our walks are free and open to everyone; however it is advisable to check with your GP if you are becoming much more physically active.
